What are Pintxos?

Skewers. All kinds of delicacies on a stick or impaled on a roll ('montaditos'). Especially in the north of Spain (Basque Country and Navarra) pintxos are considered the cornerstone of the local food culture.
Chef Julio van Lier adds an extra twist by adding Asian and South American influences. The result is a swinging and dynamic World Wide concept in which you will definitely find something to your liking.
In addition, the Spanish and international specialties on the chalkboard are regularly adapted to the fresh, as many organic products as possible that are available at that moment. Together with our special wines, enough to be pampered by hostess Susana, chef Julio and their team.
