Our delicious, more than eighteen months aged Manchego cheese (Gran Reserva) comes from the rugged landscape of the province of La Mancha and bears the quality mark D.O. (Denominación de Origen). The ivory-colored to yellowish cheese tastes pleasantly sourish and spicy, with a somewhat sharp edge. Spanish like to eat it pure, because this cheese does not need more guidance than a nice wine or dry sherry. But with a sweet accent such as grapes, figs, apple or quince, an unforgettable taste sensation arises.
Our Jamón Ibérico de Bellota comes from free-range pigs of 100% Ibérico breed, which only eat acorns, giving the ham its unique fragrant character and nutty taste. Our delicious aromatic ham comes from the famous Jabugo region and is dried for 30-36 months, after which it can carry the designation Gran Reserva. Of course, it is hand cut, as it should be, a rare delicacy.
With us no hollow phrases about fruity aftertaste and tones of wood. We just have nice wines from different Spanish regions. Some somewhat robust, others a bit lighter and suitable as an apetizer. All wines come from trusted, in general smaller producers, including a number of organic wines. In any case, no bottles that you can also find in the supermarket! Sit down, get advice and enjoy!
